| Brasserie Soegaards Bryghus |
| This top fermented wheat beer is modelled after the Belgian style ' Witbier' Madam Wit is brewed with 60% wheat and therefore appears with a slightly hazy, yellow colour and a snow white head. Futhermore Madam Wit is discreetly seasoned with both bitter orangepeel and coriander seed that, together with the high carbonation, gives a refreshing odour and taste. The Madam Wit name partially comes from Flemish where 'wit' both means 'white' and 'wheat'. At the same time there is a hint to the 'the white lady' in the name. |
