This bottom fermented lager is modelled after the German style 'Münchener Dunkel' Naverbryg is the brew houses version of a dark golden and spicy beer that has the same body as traditional lager beer. The pleasant odour and taste of malty sweetness and a slight roastiness comes from the munich malt. Chosen German hops gives Naverbryg a delicately matched bitterness. The name associates to the concept 'Naver', that originally was a German craftsman that toured the world and took any odd jobs. Our brewing plant comes from Bamberg in Bavaria. The inspiration for this beer also came from here.
